Acer Adds 3 New Retailers for C7 Chromebook

Acer America has added three new retail partners just in time to reach more buyers during the peak holiday shopping season.

The $199 Acer C7 Chromebook will now be sold at TigerDirect, NewEgg and, joining the existing sellers including Google Play, and Best Buy stores.

Acer is positioning the C7 Chromebook as an easy-to-use, speedy and secure computing experience at an affordable price.

Scott Ledterman, vice president of retail, Acer America reiterates: “Our customers’ enthusiastic response to the Acer C7 Chromebook has encouraged more of our e-tail partners to make them available for purchase online — just in time for anyone looking for a great holiday gift for a loved one or yourself.”

Ledterman adds: “The extra low price of only $199 is so affordable that customers can even buy them as stocking stuffers for multiple people on their shopping list.”

The 3.05 pound, one inch thin C7 comes with up to 100GB of free Google Drive storage for the first two years. Also included in the purchase is a standard one-year parts and labor warranty, which can be extended to three years with the Acer Advantage service.
