Google Boosts Tech Support for Apps Customers

Google is making it easier for customers to get answers to technical questions about Chrome.

It’s now possible for Google Apps for Business, Education and Government customers to call or email the company for support with Chrome installation, functionality, security, browser policy settings and Google Apps interoperability for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

Google started with 24 x 7 phone support for Google Apps for Business customers last November and introduced support through its web-based support portal, online help forms, and online help center.

Support issues and specific cases will continue to be handled directly by trained Google Apps experts.
