Google Welcomes Agosto to Chromebook Reseller Pilot Program

Managed service provider Agosto, Inc. is now a Google reseller.

The Minneapolis, MN- based consulting firm is now among the limited number of Google Apps Resellers to sell Chromebooks and the management console used to configure and manage user accounts.

Agosto currently sits on Google’s Advisory Board, one of only 12 partners to do so. Prior to obtaining that seat in 2009, the company served on Google’s Customer Advisory Board in 2008.

Aric Bandy, CEO of Agosto, Inc said joining the Chromebook program was a “no-brainer.”

“We took a hard look at the Chromebook and came to the conclusion that it really represents the ultimate in ease-of-management united with the unlimited resources of the Cloud,” he said.

“It’s really a computing paradigm shift, and our customers are ready for it. They’ve been clamoring for a device that reduces IT workload, enhances security, and provides full mobility and it’s here in the Chromebook,” Bandy added.
