Google Apps for Business Getting 24 x 7 Phone Support

If you’re one of those business customers who absolutely needs
24 X 7 phone support regardless of how pressing the issue may seem – Google has got your back.

Jocelyn Ding, Vice President, Google Enterprise Operations blogged that business customers can contact Google by email or phone anytime of day and expect expert help.

Ding wrote: “To improve the experience of our customers, we now provide 24 x 7 phone support to small, medium, and large Google Apps for Business customers for all issues affecting the core services. Our customers may also receive support through our web-based support portal, online help forms, and online help center. All support cases are handled directly by trained Google Apps experts.”

Ding indicated that Google’s goal is to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of 95 percent (or more) for business customer service, which now ranges from 80-90 percent.

Google made the announcement at its annual Atmosphere conference on November 14th, where 350 Chief Information Officers participated in the interactive discussions on Google products, including Chromebooks and Google Apps. All of the CIOs walked away with free Chromebooks, by the way.
