There are no direct Chromebook sales figures available yet, so the best guess we can muster at this stage is still from Amazon’s Best Seller Lists.
Despite what some reporter at the New York Post thinks are ”anemic sales”, we prefer to use the term steady.
While Chromebooks no longer lead the pack in Amazon’s Best Sellers in Laptop Computers, the Acer AC700-1099 (WiFi) is still in the Top 25 at #21. The Samsung Series 5 3G Chromebook (Titan Silver) is not far back at #27 followed by the Arctic White version in position #40. The WiFi Samsung Series 5 in Titan Silver still breaks into the Top 50 with a #47 placement.
With this weekend expected to be among the busiest shopping days of the year and the appetite for technology and new gear still strong, we expect there are plenty of Chromebook buyers in the mix.
